Order Processing

All of our products are made to order. This means your item is produced specifically for you after purchase.

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days

  • Processing time includes production and preparation for dispatch

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays

We may dispatch orders sooner than stated, however processing times are not guaranteed.


Shipping Method & Delivery Time

We currently offer UK Standard Shipping only.

  • Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days from dispatch

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.
Orders may arrive sooner than expected depending on production and courier performance.


Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout

  • All prices are shown in GBP (£)


Tracking Information

Where available, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.


Incorrect Address Details

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

We are not responsible for:

  • Orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer

  • Delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the item.


Lost or Delayed Deliveries

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, including courier delays.

If your order appears delayed or lost, please contact us and we will assist in investigating with the courier where possible.


Delivered but Not Received

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the courier, responsibility for the parcel passes to the customer.

We are not liable for:

  • Parcels marked as delivered but not received

  • Stolen packages after delivery


Damaged Items in Transit

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damage

  • Photos of the external packaging

At this time, we only ship within the United Kingdom.
We do not offer international shipping.
