Images uploaded

Image Cropping, Sizing & Content Policy

During the manufacturing process, images may need to be resized, cropped, repositioned, or slightly adjusted to fit the selected slate dimensions and print area correctly.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that:

Minor cropping, resizing, or repositioning of uploaded images may be required.
Due to the natural shape and finish of slate (including chipped or rounded edges), small portions of an image near the corners or edges may not be visible once applied.
If you wish for your image to appear in a specific cropped size or layout, it is your responsibility to pre-crop the image before uploading. We cannot guarantee the final placement of images that are not pre-cropped.
All images must be appropriate for a general audience. Any image deemed offensive or inappropriate by us may be blocked, removed, or result in order cancellation at our discretion.
These adjustments are part of the standard production process and are not considered defects.
We will use reasonable care to preserve the main subject and overall appearance of your image.

We are not liable for dissatisfaction arising from cropping, edge loss, proportion adjustments, or content moderation that are necessary for production and compliance with our policies.

Made-to-Order Products

All products are made to order, meaning production begins once your order is placed.

Because of this:

Orders cannot be changed or cancelled once production has started
Custom or personalised items are non-refundable except where faulty
By placing an order for a personalised item, you confirm that all uploaded images, text, and design details are correct and approved for production.

Due to the custom nature of these products, personalised items cannot be refunded or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
As this item is made to your specification, it is exempt from the 14-day cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Risk passes to you once the order has been delivered to the provided address
